We have several options, we base our pricing on zip code and amount of edited images we produce.

we will go beyond the areas that are listed. Please let us know if you require service in a zip code that isn’t listed.

Not all houses will produce 48 images. This is typically based upon the square footage of the home. If you are unsure of how many pictures the home will produce let us know the max teir you’re willing to go up to, we will handle the rest, and invoice accordingly.

RETOUCHED IMAGES CAN TAKE UP TO 24 HOURS AND IN RARE CASES 48.

UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, WE DO NOT TYPICALLY SHOOT HALF BATHS, SECONDARY CLOSETS ASIDE FROM MASTER, UTILITY CLOSETS, LAUNDRY (UNLESS CLEAN, ROOMY, & CUSTOM), OR INTERIOR OF GARAGE (UNLESS CLEAN). IF YOU PREFER ANY OF THESE TO BE INCLUDED PLEASE ADVISE PRIOR TO SCHEDULED SHOOT.

ANY REQUIRED PARKING FEES WILL BE ADDED TO THE INVOICE. In the event need TO TRAVEL BACK TO THE HOME FOR A SECOND TIME DUE TO HOMEOWNER NOT BEING READY THERE WILL BE A 15% INCREASE ADDED TO THE PACKAGE PRICe.
